pehli kism: jhoothe ishvaron ki pooja karte hain

pavitra shastra mein jhoothe ishvaron ki pooja ke liye ye shabd istemal kiye gaye hain: “nikammi,” “vyarth” aur “nishfal.” (yirmayah 10:3-5; 16:19, 20) yahova * parmeshvar ne purane zamane mein israel raashtra ko aagya di thi, “tu mujhe chhod doosron ko ishvar karke na maanna.” (nirgaman 20:3, 23; 23:24) jab israeliyon ne doosre ishvaron ki pooja ki tab ‘yahova ka kop bhadak utha.’—ginti 25:3; laivyavyavastha 20:2; nyayiyon 2:13, 14.
