  • paulus yarooshalem mein preshiton se milta hai (1-10)

  • paulus, patras (kaifa) ko fatkaarta hai (11-14)

  • sirf vishvas se nek thehraya jaata hai (15-21)

2  iske 14 saal baad, main baranbas+ ke saath ek baar fir yarooshalem gaya aur mainne titus ko bhi apne saath liya.+  main vahaan isliye gaya kyonki mujh par prakat kiya gaya tha ki mujhe vahaan jaana hai. vahaan mainne bataya ki main gair-yahoodiyon ko kya khushkhabri sunata hoon. yah baat mainne akele mein sirf un bhaaiyon ko batayi jinka bahot samman kiya jaata hai. mainne unhein isliye bataya taaki aisa na ho ki mainne seva mein ab tak jo daud-dhoop ki thi ya kar raha tha, woh bekar saabit ho.  magar titus+ ko jo mere saath tha, yoonani hone par bhi khatna karane ke liye majboor nahin kiya gaya tha.+  yah mudda un jhoothe bhaaiyon ki vajah se utha tha jo mandli mein chupchap ghus aaye the.+ woh chori-chhipe hamari jaasoosi karne aaye the taaki maseeh yeeshu ke chele hone ke naate hamein jo aazadi+ mili hai use chheenkar hamein poori tarah apne gulam bana lein.+  lekin hum ek pal ke liye bhi unke aage nahin jhuke,+ na hi unke adheen huye taaki khushkhabri ki jo sachchai tumne paayi hai woh tumhare saath rahe.  magar woh bhaai jinhein khaas samjha jaata tha,+ haan, baakiyon se bade samjhe jaanevale un bhaaiyon ne mujhe aisa kuch bhi nahin bataya jo mere liye naya ho. unhein chahe jo bhi samjha jaata tha, usse mujhe koi fark nahin padta kyonki parmeshvar kisi ki tarafdari nahin karta.  iske bajay, un bhaaiyon ne dekha ki mujhe gair-yahoodiyon* ko khushkhabri sunane ke liye thehraya gaya hai,+ theek jaise yahoodiyon ko* khushkhabri sunane ke liye patras ko thehraya gaya tha.  isliye ki jisne patras ko yahoodiyon ke liye preshit-pad ki zimmedari nibhane ki taakat di, usi ne mujhe gair-yahoodiyon ke liye yah zimmedari nibhane ki taakat di hai.+  unhonne yah bhi samajh liya ki kis tarah mujh par maha-kripa ki gayi.+ tab yakub,+ kaifa* aur yuhanna ne jo mandli ke khambhe samjhe jaate the, mujhse aur baranbas se+ apna daayaan haath milakar jataya ki hum sab saajhedar hain aur hum doosri jaatiyon ke paas jaayen, jabki woh yahoodiyon ke paas jaayenge. 10  hamse yah bhi kaha gaya ki hum gareeb bhaaiyon ko bhi yaad rakhein. mainne ji-jaan se aisa hi karne ki koshish ki hai.+ 11  lekin jab kaifa*+ antakiya+ aaya to mainne sabke saamne uska virodh kiya kyonki yah saaf tha ki woh doshi hai. 12  yakub+ ke bheje gaye kuch logon ke aane se pehale tak, kaifa gair-yahoodiyon ke saath khaaya-peeya karta tha,+ magar jab woh bhaai aaye to usne khatna kiye gaye logon ke dar se gair-yahoodiyon se kinara kar liya aur unse door-door rehne laga.+ 13  baaki yahoodi bhi uski dekha-dekhi yahi dhong karne lage. yahaan tak ki baranbas bhi unke jaisa dhong karne laga. 14  magar jab mainne dekha ki woh khushkhabri ki sachchai ke mutabik nahin chal rahe hain,+ to mainne sabke saamne kaifa* se kaha, “jab tu ek yahoodi hokar gair-yahoodiyon jaisa bartav kar raha hai na ki yahoodiyon jaisa, to tu gair-yahoodiyon ko yahoodiyon ki reetiyaan maanne ke liye kaise majboor kar sakta hai?”+ 15  hum jo janm se yahoodi hain aur paapi gair-yahoodiyon mein se nahin, 16  hum jaante hain ki ek insan kaanoon mein bataye kaam karne se nahin balki sirf yeeshu maseeh par vishvas karne se nek thehraya jaata hai.+ isliye hamne maseeh yeeshu par vishvas kiya hai taaki hamein maseeh par vishvas karne ki vajah se nek thehraya jaaye, na ki kaanoon mein bataye kaamon ke aadhar par kyonki moosa ke kaanoon mein bataye kaamon ke aadhar par koi bhi insan nek nahin thahar sakta.+ 17  agar hum maseeh ke zariye nek thaharne ki koshish karte huye paapi kehlayen, to kya iska yah matlab hai ki maseeh paap ka sevak hai? hargiz nahin! 18  main jise ek baar dhaa chuka hoon, agar use dobara banane lagoon, to khud ko ek gunahgar saabit karoonga. 19  kaanoon ke hisab se main mar gaya+ taaki parmeshvar ke liye ji sakoon. 20  main maseeh ke saath kaath par thonk diya gaya hoon.+ isliye ab main khud ke liye nahin ji raha,+ balki aisi zindagi ji raha hoon jo maseeh ke saath ekta mein hai.* ab main insan ke naate jo zindagi ji raha hoon woh sirf us vishvas se ji raha hoon jo mujhe parmeshvar ke bete par hai,+ jisne mujhse pyar kiya aur khud ko mere liye de diya.+ 21  main parmeshvar ki maha-kripa ko nahin thukrata*+ isliye ki agar kaanoon ko maanne se ek insan nek thaharta, to asal mein maseeh ka marna bekar gaya.+
