Nxa kunjalo, ungenzani ukuze unganathi kakhulu ucine usuphilela utshwala? Ukucabanga ngezinto ezilandelayo kungakunceda ukuthi unganathi uze wedlulise amalawulo.

 Kutshoni ukunganathi kakhulu?

 Okutshiwo liBhayibhili: “Ungahlangani leziminzi zewayini.”—IZaga 23:20.

 Ongacabanga ngakho: IBhayibhili kalikwalisi ukunatha utshwala. (UmTshumayeli 9:7) Kodwa likwenza kucace ukuthi kulomehluko omkhulu phakathi kokunatha okulingeneyo, ukunatha umuntu aze adlulise kanye lokudakwa. (ULukha 21:34; Kwabase-Efesu 5:18; KuThithusi 2:3) Ukunatha wedlulise amalawulo kungabangela ukuthi wenze izinqumo ozazisola ngazo, kukulethele imikhuhlane futhi kungaphambanisa ubungane bakho labanye abantu.—IZaga 23:29, 30.

 Iziphathamandla ezinengi zithi okwenza utshwala bube yingozi kuya ngokuthi umuntu unatha obunganani ngelanga kumbe ngeviki. a Kodwa abantu bayatshiyana futhi ngezinye izikhathi kungcono kwabanye ukuthi banganathi. I-World Health Organisation ithi:

  •   Nxa uzatshayela kumbe usebenzise umtshina othile.

  •   Nxa uzithwele kumbe umunyisa.

  •   Nxa kulamaphilisi owanathayo.

  •   Nxa kuyikuthi ulomkhuhlane ohlezi ukukhathaza.

  •   Nxa kuyikuthi ungavele uqalise ukunatha uyabe usufuna ukuqhubeka.”

 Kukhanya njani ukuthi umuntu usephilela utshwala?

 Ongacabanga ngakho: Ukuhlala uhlola indlela onatha ngayo utshwala ubusulungisisa kuzakuvikela ezingozini ezibangelwa yikunatha kakhulu. Nanku okunye okutshengisa ukuthi ungabe usunatha kakhulu:

  •   Nxa ucabanga ukuthi kumele uqale unathe ukuze uthokoze. Ubona angani ukunatha kuzakwenza ukhohlwe inhlupho zakho yini kumbe kukwenze wenelise ukuxoxa labanye?

  •   Nxa usunatha ukwedlula indlela owawunatha ngayo kuqala. Usunatha utshwala obunengi kulakuqala yini? Usuthanda utshwala obulamandla yini?

  •   Nxa ukunatha kwakho sekuke kwakulethela inhlupho emsebenzini kumbe ngekhaya. Ngokwesibonelo usala ulezikwelede yini ngenxa yotshwala?

  •   Nxa usenza izinqumo ezikufaka engozini ngemva kokunatha, njengokutshayela imota, ukubhukutsha kumbe ukusebenzisa umtshina othile.

  •   Nxa ususehluleka ukuyekela. Usuke wazama yini ukunganathi kakhulu kumbe ukutshiya utshwala kodwa kwehlula?

 1. Hlela.

 Zama lokhu: Woba wazi kuhle umthetho wokunatha okhona elizweni lakini ukuze ube leqiniso lokuthi awunathi udlulise. Dinga okunye okuthandayo ongakunatha okungasotshwala futhi uhlale ulakho eduze.
